In the summer of 1999, almost a thousand
bicycle messengers
from around the world descended on Zurich, Switzerland,
for the 7th annual Cycle Messenger World Championships.
The weekend before the big race, about 50 deranged cyclists
went to
Freiburg, Germany, for good times and an alleycat race.
HIDEOUSEWHITENOISE was there,
and, armed with nothing but kryptoLocks and bananas, had a nice ride between
the two venues, as well.
